1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

2. Your Data & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, invoices, and information you upload to RoboCOGS. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services requested.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. RoboCOGS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Limitation of Liability

RoboCOGS is an automation tool intended to assist with business operations. While we strive for maximum accuracy, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data before using it for tax, legal, or official accounting purposes.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be handled according to our retention policy.
